Delivery Terms and Conditions
WELLNESSWAY will deliver your order to any accessible location in South Africa as long as you have supplied a complete and correct physical address and not a Post Office box.
Delivery Options and Rates
Our delivery service is handled by selected courier companies who will deliver your order straight to your doorstep. Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified by either email, WhatsApp or SMS. The cost of delivery will depend on the size/weight of your order and the destination area of delivery. The cost of delivery will be calculated at checkout. Your order will be processed once your payment reflects into out bank account.
Free delivery will be offered in specific areas around Randburg, Johannesburg; within a stipulated radius, and for a minimum purchase value of R799, on a Thursday or Friday.
Once the order is dispatched, all orders can be traced on the respective courier company’s website with the tracking information provided to you on request. Should you choose to collect your order, you will need to select that option at check-out. Collections points will be PostNet, Shop C1, Northwold Junction, Cnr Elnita and Drysdale Roads, Randburg, Northwold, Johannessburg. You will be notified to collect your order when it is ready. Collection will be between 12:00 and 17:00 Monday – Friday. Please do not go to Postnet before we send you a message.
Please note that courier companies will deliver during normal working hours, therefore you are encouraged to use an address suitable for daytime delivery. It is not possible to specify delivery times or dates by courier companies as they make decisions based on their routes and schedules. Unforeseen circumstances are unpredictable and may occur, causing a slight delay in their delivery.
Deliveries may take 2-3 working days from dispatch time in areas around Johannesburg and Pretoria. Areas outside Johannesburg will take 2-5 working days (Main Cities) while delivery times to outlying areas may vary. These above times are purely guidelines.
Please double check your physical delivery address at checkout as it will not be possible to change it after confirming your order. You can update your address at customer information in your Account Profile. Please note that we do not deliver to Post Office boxes for orders, returns and refunds. For outlying areas that do not have a stipulated address, a PostNet to PostNet delivery option can be chosen. Make sure you provide the right address details of the Postnet nearest to you in the Notes section at Checkout.
